5:30-6:30pm Midweek unwind with Yin Yoga (all-levels)
THURSDAY:
9:30-10:45am Yoga Flow w/ Essential oils
6:00-7:00pm Aerial Yoga Basics (beginner/low int.)
FRIDAY:
9:30-10:30am All-levels Yoga Flow
1st Friday/month: 5:45pm $5 Gentle Yoga followed by
7:00-8:00pm Book Club (free)
SATURDAY:
8:00-9:00am Get Up & Go Flow (intermediate+)
11:30-12:30 Kids' Aerial All-levels
